7-Eleven came to us with insight that "Millennials aren't buying Big Gulps." So, we were asked to find unique ways to not only get Millennials in to 7-Eleven and buying Big Gulps, but to eventually establish repeat customers and brand loyalty. Through a series of guerrilla marketing tactics, gamification via partnerships, 7Rewards application updates and point-of-purchase sales assets, we generated interest in Big Gulps and loyal customers that see 7-Eleven as more than just another convenience store.
