7-Eleven came to us with insight that "Millennials aren't buying Big Gulps." So, we were asked to find unique ways to not only get Millennials in to 7-Eleven and buying Big Gulps, but to eventually establish repeat customers and brand loyalty. I was in charge of conceptualizing a series of guerrilla marketing tactics, gamification tactics via brand partnerships, 7Rewards application updates and point-of-purchase sales assets. We successfully generated millenial interest leading to increased sales of Big Gulps in large metropolitan cities, and built loyal customers that hopefully see 7-Eleven as more than just another convenience store.
